Paolo Bandini's Serie A Betting: Napoli and Atalanta to put on a goal fest as Higuain leads Juve to another win

Saturday

Napoli - Atalanta

Atalanta refuse to fade. There was a suspicion, after they lost three times in six matches either side of the winter break, that reality had finally caught up to Gian Piero Gasperini’s side. But as we stand on the cusp of March, there they still are - joint-fourth and doggedly chasing a Champions League place.

A win would bring them to within three points of Napoli, but that is no small ask. The Partenopei are undefeated in 14 league games, and have scored at least twice in 10 out of their last 11. But they have rarely kept clean sheets, and Atalanta are hardly shy about sticking the ball in the net themselves.

Home team to win and both teams to score - 3.20

Juventus - Empoli

Not even a bust-up between the manager and his best defender can stop Juventus from winning. Leonardo Bonucci was banished to the stands for Wednesday evening’s trip to Porto, from where he saw his team ease to a 2-0 victory without him.

Gonzalo Higuaín was not among the goals, and his European form remains patchy. But he has nine in eight league matches since the start of 2017.

Wincast: Higuaín to score at any time and Juventus to win - 1.64
